WorldPak Services for Purolator USA

WorldPak provides a myriad of services to make it as easy as possible for U.S. companies to take advantage or Purolator Courier's capabilities. Here are some of the most important:

1. Invisible Borders Shipping Systems - In order to label and process packages heading to Canada, WorldPak has custom built its own package scanning and labeling system. To expedite package processing, we have systems set up in the following locations to date:

2. Receive data - we accept shipping data from clients in a variety of formats. Although we have our preferred layouts, we are able to take nearly any data layout as long as a client is consistent in its use.

3. Scrub data - Some customers have difficulty in training their order taking staff to handle the different locations and postal code formats of Canada. For them, we offer a service to clean and restructure their data. Participating customers find their delivery rates improve significantly.

b. Manual - eyeball addresses and correct errors that cannot be found through automated processes

4. Data is loaded into our server farm for checking and scanning.

5. Package Labeling - Packages passing through our processing sites can be custom labeled with our Purolator compliant labels, saving customers from having to label packages themselves.

6. Retrieve Data - after packages are is scanned by one of our scanning stations, data is collected for customs, tracking and a variety of other customizable services.

7. On-line LTL and FTL tracking: our data collection allows for customers to track not just packages but LTL and FTL trucking services too.

b. Populating on-line database updated by Purolator Logistics with carrier's name and PRO Number (e.g., St. Gobain)

8. Delivery Performance Reporting - from Purolator's daily batch of point of presence and delivery scans, we query and report on how timely a customer's packages are being delivered.
