Online Tracking

On-line tracking allows customers receiving orders to track the progress of their packages using only the order number that was given to them during ordering.

In our online database, we link customer Order IDs to Purolator or Canada Post tracking numbers and provide a website so that customers can track their packages using their own Order IDs. Our website can be password protected for private use, or it can be pinned open so that end users are able to track their own packages.

A URL can be generated for emailing to a client, which when clicked, looks up the package's tracking number based on an order or package number.  The customer is then directed to tracking information located on the given package shipper's website.
