Performance Reporting

Clients wishing to do a full audit on their delivery process can ask us to analyze their package delivery times and their rates of successful deliveries. WorldPak compares our records of first time delivery attempts to our records of package entry into Canada to calculate delivery times which we then can compare to delivery rates promised by Purolator. We provide unbiased performance reports detailing exactly how fast shipments are being delivered as well as rates of package refusal or incidences of bad address data preventing delivery.
